Welcome to Gurt AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Gurt AI mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Gurt AI. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Upload content that infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
Post harmful, threatening, or harassing content.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service.
Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service without permission.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content (recipes, photos, comments) you submit through the Service. By posting content, you grant Gurt AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.

5. AI-Generated Content

Gurt AI uses artificial intelligence to generate recipes, suggestions, and other content. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always use your own judgment, especially regarding food safety, allergies, and dietary restrictions. Gurt AI is not responsible for outcomes based on AI-generated content.

6. Subscriptions & Purchases

Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions through your App Store account.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Service or other users.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Gurt AI does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gurt AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
